About Me

Hello everyone! It's Martin Landis here. In my role as the Managing Member (CEO) of the real estate advisory firm Landwin, LLC, I draw upon my many years of business experience in real estate and marketing.

This business experience includes being Chairman/CEO of a publicly traded company and founding the largest sales promotion company in the United States, which creates marketing programs for advertisers and agencies. (See "Partial List of Clients".)

Here Goes My Story

During my real estate career I have completed seventy successful investment and development projects, i.e., shopping centers, apartments, condominiums and industrial. No real estate property that I have been associated with has experienced a foreclosure, nor any private investor has lost any money.

I have a background extending over $800 million of income-producing real estate projects. In over 25 years and with a diversity of properties, I have gained substantial experience by solving problems which arose during the normal course of development. This broad background enables me to creatively provide guidance and the expertise needed to evaluate projects and negotiate transactions.

In addition to being an arbitrator member of the Board of Arbitrators of the National Association of Security Dealers and to the Panel of Arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association, I served as a Court Appointed Receiver.

From October 1977 to August 1987 I took a "sabbatical" to raise my three daughters.

Oversee, for Landwin clients, every aspect of real estate investment such as acquisitions, debt financing, asset management, property management, leasing, monthly reports, including checks, dispositions and tax-deferred exchanges.

Recent real estate projects are as follows:

  • Purchased Kyrene Village, a 161,164 square foot shopping center located in Chandler, Arizona;
  • Purchased Randolph Plaza, a 191,685 square foot shopping center located in Tucson, Arizona;
